Q. What sort of system redundancy do you have?

Our data center has redundant Internet connections.  Most servers are behind a redundant load-sharing firewall cluster. All storage is redundant, as are server power supplies.

Q. What kind of backups do you make?

We maintain a multi-terabyte tape library that performs weekly full backups and daily differential backups of all servers.  In addition to backing up files, we also backup SQL Server databases via specialized agents.  Moreover, SQL databases are additionally backed up to disk several times a day.
